What the title says. Fuse 91ish is fine, fuse 104 is fine.
Is there another fuse somewhere that controls that power outlet? The center console (top) 12v is working fine -- technically I think the top center console 12v is 104 and fuse 91-ish (jumpers differently if permanent on or ignition on) is rear/back center console.
