Wondering how and how much I can advance my pump timing on my 12v. I have 370Bosch injectors,100 cam plate, laser cut deliv. valves,62/12 Phat shaft turbo, afe intake and 4in exhaust.

As you increase injection timing, you have to do other things to keep it together.

You can probably run 16 or 16. 5 degrees timing and keep the head gasket intact.

More than that, I understand you need to use stronger head studs, and beyond that the head needs to be o-ringed.

I'd suggest calling and talking to one of the tuning shops like PDR Diesel Performance or TST Products, Inc.

They can give you good advice on how to do it without megabucks on their custom parts. Banks is good, but you'll just talk to a sales dweeb who will try to sell you expensive parts.

You need to talk about what you are trying to accomplish. Just more injection timing by itself won't do much good beyond about 16 degrees.
