12v timing tool kit.....good deal or not?

This outfit has 12v timing tool kits for $269. 00 I can't find one for sale at any price locally, is this a deal or not? Anybody got a used one for sale or rent?

The Snap on kit does not have the barring to like the one in your link does. I think the barring tools sell for ~$35. Given this it doesn't appear to be too bad of a deal, especially since it includes shipping.
