Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) 13s recipe?

does anyone know if this would give me a 13 sec truck?



trucks a 98 shortbed (215 pump)



NV4500

(obviously gauges)

blumenthal NV4500 updated mainshaft

1 3/8 input shaft

SBC

370s

GSK 3K kit or maybe a 4K(w/ valve springs) not sure

191 DV or maybe laser cuts...

AFC spring kit

either a #10, 100 or 0 plate

ATS exhaust manifold

ATS intake manifold

4 inch exhaust all the way back, straight piped

either a 16cm exhaust housing or step up the turbo to a 40 or something

afe stage 1

timing set to 16* or whatever is recommended



anyone see any problems with the setup? anything I should watch out for that I might break?

I want to do this once and only once and make sure its right...
