16.5 rims on dually

Are these possible? Is anyone running this size rims on their dually? Pictures? My friend was wondering about this so I told him I'd find out from a reliable source (TDR). Thanks

i do remember seeing some 16. 5" dually rims, but they were on a 70's or 80's ford dually... still very skinny. he could have some made up, but thats lots of $$$$$
