16" rims on 2003

Wondering if the 2002 3500 16" rims would clear the calipers and bolt pattern on the new '03 3500's. Not that much selection for 17" tires.

probably not... the brake rotor size is 13. 9" according to the specs. plus you have to add 1/4" - 1/2" of what the caliper takes up. . yeah, there isn't much selection in the 17" range, that's why there are 18"s some 325/60/18's would be perfect i think. 33x13. 00x18

oh, that's no problem. just step up to the 37x12. 50x17 :-laf but it is 10 ply with 4540 pounds max load [according to the interco website]

I think that a 12. 50 tire is too wide for a 6" rim.

8" wheels min should be used with those tires- but there is always someone who does it anyway. I was thinking more of the SRW application.
