Did the truck start and run fine? If so then its important to understand that these trucks in particular are VERY sensitive to electronic anomalies. Running weak batteries, or alternators which produce too much AC voltage, or loose connections, or corrosion build up, or bad grounds, etc... all will cause erratic and potential phantom issues affecting the OBD system and potentially damage to certain electronics.
I'd suggest the first thing you do is get yourself a decent but not expensive code reader. Then clear the codes. Then inspect all major cables and connections and grounds for corrosion and tightness. Corrosion is a BIG problem for people who live where road salts are used in the winter.
Then you might want to test the alternator for AC voltage too. Easy to do with a basic voltage tester tool which can read in AC/DC. If you have questions about how, just ask...
If all looks good then possibly what you experienced was nothing to be concerned about. If it pops up again then there's obviously something to look for.
