Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 1693 What does it mean?

truck has been doging it from a dead stop and it takes a few seconds for the turbo to kick in. been like this for about 10 days. today the engine light came on and 1693 is showing up. anyone know what 1693 is?

i think 1693 is companion code set, that means the ecm has a error code set...
