169417 s300 turbo

I'm in need of a turbo now so I thought about giving this one a try. From what I can find it's a 62/71mm s300 but it has a 1. 15 a/r non gated exhaust housing on it. I wanted to step up to the 71mm wheel anyway but the exhaust housing sems pretty big. I'm gonna run an external gate anyway so that's not a problem but I would like it to spool ok. Has anyone tried one of these or had any experience with them. I can get a brand new one for $700 at my local truck store. I can't aford another htb2 so I was hoping this would work.

The . 70 are considered 12cm, the . 80 is a 14 cm housing.

You have a SPS 62 with a lag master 21(?) housing. Dont see why you could'nt find a 12 or 14 housing to replace what you have.
