I have friend that wants to sell his wheels and tires off of a 2006 Power Wagon. The wheels are stock 17X9 and the tire size is 285X70.

Anyone know if there are the any issues with fitting this on a 2000 Ram CTD that is stock height? Is this a wise thing to do? I know the at the time of replacement, the tires will be more expensive. Are there advantages in capacity vs. this new wheel and my stock wheel (OEM alloy wheel)?

they should fit, might rub at full lock. I have the powerwagon take offs on my 2000, but I have a 5" lift. If you had a coil spcer (level kit) you would be fine for sure!

oh, and for referance, I paid 950 for all four rims, tires and also got the matching spare! Tires still had the nubs on them! :D

Ive got 05 17" rims on mine with 285/75/17's and no lift. no rub issue either. sure changes the looks of the truck though!!
