2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission 18" Wheels on 2500 4x4-Any pics??

Thinking about putting some 18" wheels on my 2500 4wd. Any of you guys have pics or suggestions on wheels and tire size? I have no lift. I like the Toyo M/T tires.

Here are my 20s with 275/60 Coopers. Stand about 33" tall brand new. They would be a tight fit, I ran a 2" leveling kit. The rims are Eagle Alloys and they are 10" wide. Width makes a big difference. If you go with like an 8" wide rim you can run a larger tire. CenterLine and a few others actually make 8" & wider rims with near stock offset, but they are really big $$. PS I have them for sale on ebay right now too... going up to 35s and different rims.

I wish I had it back... sold it last summer. 12V with a 6-spd. Heard it was for sale again out it PA... .
