Thanks for the picture. This bike pulls on my heart strings. Looks real nice. But can it say-Potato-Potato-Potato?Does it sound like a harley?I am a long time Harley fan. I had a 1976 FLH. I bought it in 1980. I was 20 it was 4. It died 6 months later.
If this Honda is American made I might consider it. I really like the water cooled engine.

Harley is close, a new engine with twin balanced shafts and fuel injection... The Harley will keep its value as well.

No potatoes... ... the crank is offset so you get one pop per rev. Nevertheless, 0. 9 litre per cylinder should make a roar.
Went to two dealerships and the bikes sell as quickly as they come in. Talked to a shop tech who drove one, torque is not a problem #ad

Ya'll ever hear of the Boss Hoss?
2 wheels, choice of 350 or 500 ci(not cc) engine, no transmission(with that much torque who needs one), goes like stink.

Well... ..... thanks to TDR I'm in trouble again.
Took Mrs. Papa Joe to the Honda dealer last Saturday to see the VTX. It was HER, yes hers, idea.
The salesman handed me a helmet and said, "Want to take it for a spin?"
I rode exactly 1. 1 miles.

It was the kiss of death.

Mary Beth wrote a check and we now have 325 miles on it. What a bike !! #ad

I'm not a big motorcycle man, but I've been salivating ever since I saw the first pic's of this bike.

Papa Joe, you are one lucky man.

So Papa Joe, just how often does Mary Beth let you ride HER new motorcycle?????

Funny you should ask... ... .....
Actually, I have only about 50 miles without her on the back. She and I go for a buzz every night after work. Can't get her off the bike, and there's no back rest yet.
When accessories become available (none yet #ad
) and we get a better buddy seat and some bags... ... ... ... ... we're outa here.

Cheers, Joe #ad

PS I'm serious about the test ride being a kiss of death. If you're curious about the bike, go look at one, but do NOT ride it unless, well..... you know.

Hey Papajoe,
Were y'all interested in the VTX before you read this link?
Just wondered if this link had anything to do with your "I'm in trouble again" status?
Some people just got it made!!
Good luck and get the extra loud horn option first.
Tim
