Are the threads supposed to change color when you read the thread and go back to main.



If there are more than 4 pages in a forum: say 100 how can you go to page 50 with out leafing through all 50 pages to get there.

Yes the color of the thread should change to show that you've gone to that page previously - it should have been like that on the old forum SW too though. As to jumping directly to a page it doesn't look like you can really do that. At the bottom of the forum screen there is a [ << < 1 2 3 > >> ] - you can only jump 3 pages at a time, after that you could click on the >> and go to the end of the list and then go back. I'm learning here too but it looks like that's the case.

EDIT: to edit a msg we now click on the bottom of the msg not the top -- to edit your profile use the "USER CP" at the top of the page. OK< I confuseled for a while but hopefully will recover (withdrawl sys-temp-down-ems??). Still trying to get the "show sigs" to be off as default. HO-HUMMMMMMMMMM..... to ~

I was able to get into user options and change that annoying email option. This new forum software is very nice. If I am lucky I will have a little picture of my truck under my name on the left. I see Steve has one and I just had to have one too.



If you are interested it is called an avatar and it can be any image you want. It just has to be the correct size (pixle wise 50x50) and under some file size limit.



Good job on the updated site, so far it is fantastic, now if you would just turn on the speel cheker.
