When you go to 19. 5" tires, you're getting into real truck tires. They give higher load ratings and are much stronger. They're great if you tow real heavy.

A 225/70-19. 5 is about the same diameter as the stock 235/80-16, but will carry much more weight. You can get a single slightly wider 19. 5 that will carry 5000lbs. That avoids the hassle of duals.

The ford 450 on 550 ues them. They are as hard as a rock. They make them in E,F,G,H rang. They handle weight very well. Because of how hard they are there not good snow tires. We service the power company trucks, the 550 fords use these tires up fast. They are 4wd so they use drive tires all the way around, when on front they chop real bad and quick. The ups trucks that come here use steer tires on front and get good milage from them. Because of our state makeing drw such a hassle to owen if we change to srw we will go to 19. 5. We tow big loads.

Any place that sells wheels can get a Accuride steel wheel. I have them on the inner back. Rickson loves their wheels $$ !

I got mine off of a frito-lay truck. I see these wheels on craigslist all the time for a few hundred bucks. I paid $400 for all 6 wheels and tires.
