19.5 Accuride wheels

Does anyone know of or remember the Dual Designs inc. of 8-10 years ago that used the adaptors? for the `19. 5 wheels and 245-70 tires. I need one of these wheels and Accuride does not make them anymore and Dual designs I Believe is out of business as I cannot contact them. So I will need to get a use one that someone is not using anymore as I want to install on my 03 Ram. any help would be greatly appreciated H. Burke Delta Junction Ak.
