Depends quite a bit on the brand... But some Michelins will run you about $225-250 a piece depending on size/style. I think you can get Kumho (spelling?) for about $180 each.
 
True owenership costs

Echoing the ballpark figures already in this thread... . The true costs should factor in your mileage covered. The "high" purchase costs at the outset are more than offset by the high mileage, resulting in a major saving over multiple sets of 16 inch rubber.

I took a hit on the Yokohama TY303s but they deliver the goods and I am confident that I'll get well over 100k miles on each tire - right now they've covered just over 20k miles and still look brand new.
 
Yes... I guess I should have mentioned that most 19. 5 are regroovable & recapable.

I checked at the local truck tire dealer & they will give me $40 each tire carcus value. I would never run retreads or regrooved tires on my 2500, but $40 each towards new meat certainly helps out...
