19.5 wheel upgrades and TPMS sensors

You folks that are running 19.5 with the higher tire pressures where the factory setup was for e-rated tires - does it make any sense to try to keep the TPMS sensors going? I have a controller that allows me to disable the tpms. But i'd rather be able to monitor the tires even thought the tpms light may come on (can't remeber if the light warns you for overpressure situations).

AKAIK the oem tpms wants on over pressure. I run 19.5 on my truck, but use an aftermarket Dill tpms for OTR trucks and trailers that is rated to 145 psi so it works with my Ricksons and doesn;t effcte the trucks ECM at all.

Thanks,I also found on the generation IV forum that the operating pressure ranges can be adjusted at the dealer ship

I go with close to the same pressure with the 19.5 Tires.
They don't need such a high pressure, with our load we usually have on the trucks then around 50% of the pressure that is written on the sidewall is plenty enough.
