19.5 wheels and tires.

Anybody have any experience with the 19. 5's and tire wear. I'm on my 5 th set of tires (tried all brands) on my dualie-can't seem to get more than 30,000 miles. I do have heavy foot and heavy tow.

I just put a set of the Rickson 19. 5's on my '96 3500 about 2-3 months ago. I have about, oh, 3000-4000 miles on 'em at this point, and so far they still look 100% brand new.

I'm currently on a trip in Colorado from California, so the last 2000 miles have been towing or at least carrying my camper around.

These tires are unreal... the truck rides and handles way better with 'em over my wimpy stock 215/85-16's that they replaced.

I would venture to say that worst-case you'll get 2x the life out of these tires over 16" tires, plus these are regrooveable.
