I believe Chevy 19. 5's are the same 8 bolt pattern but they may need the hub taken out to fit the Dodge hub. Since your Dodge is a 1992, does it have the 9/16 in lug bolts, or is it the 5/8 lug bolts? I believe the older Dodge trucks have the 5/8 lug bolts. If you have the 5/8 lug bolts, then you MAY have to take the bolt holes out to 5/8. That is easy to accomplish, you need to get a 5/8 reamer with a 9/16 pilot if the wheels are not the right sized holes. Some Chevy 19. 5 steel rims are 9/16 dia holes and some are 5/8 dia holes, depends on the age of the rims. Chevy, Dodge and Ford trucks at one time all used the 5/8 lugs. Then I believe it was Chevy and Dodge that went to the 9/16 lugs, and a few years later Ford followed, but I am not totally sure if I have that lug size change in order. So, the diam of you Dana axle hub and the dia of the lugs are the best place to start, if yours are a larger diameter, good, all you need to do is take them out to your size. The bolt pattern 8 on 6. 5 is the next issue. Pretty much all early models like yours were on the same bolt pattern and in fact Chevy and Dodge stayed on that pattern through the 90's and early 2000's. Ford however did change their pattern in the late 90's or early 2000's.
