Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) 190 pump and timing

Anyone out there running a 190 pump on their motor? I just picked one up and am looking to set the timing on it, but I don't have a CPL or anything to go by. If anyone could point me to a chart like the one PDR has on their site for injection timing on the 190 pumps it would be greatly appreciated.

190's were used in medium duties,hi torque low rpm.

Ford F600. I'm going to call my friend at a Ford dealership and see if he's got a manual that might show the chart.
