Anybody know anything about that Commander I6 motor?? It LOOKS fairly robust!!

My dad had a '52 1/2 ton with the I6 engine, 3 speed w/ o'drive. For a couple of summers at about age 18, I towed a tractor and Freeman baler between the yard and several alfalfa baling jobs. Also drove the truck about 35 miles round trip to JC for a couple of years.
It was a tough little engine and truck, for its size and weight. Very similar to some of the smaller compact trucks today.
