Class 8 Platooning Proposal

Catco has determined it to be an Eaton, but instead call it a model 100A. They say this is due to the bolt configuration and the shaft specifics...

No word on price or availability yet.

Negative. I didn't see any stamping on it either. The way it sounds they identified it by the dimensions.

$393 plus freight. They said these are getting pretty rare, but they found a reman unit on on a shelf in Texas.

No, can't get anywhere with the "A" model Eaton.

You had better get that one, just make sure it is returnable in case of error.

More than likely it is, but best to ask to be sure.

When you get that far back anything can happen.

Mike.

To follow up... the pump was the problem. I received the reman pump Thursday and it was up and running shortly after. I flushed the system several times to flush the old contaminants out, topped it off with the recommended ATF and away we go!

I've got my radar on for a small cooler to install inline. The truck doesn't get used much, so I am comfortable with waiting to come across a good deal.

Thanks for the help everyone!

Glad to hear it turned out well.

Hopefully it never needs another one, sounds like it's getting to be a scarce item..... :)

Mike.

Glad to hear you got it back up and running. Don't wait too long on the cooler, if it is setting and running, the fluid will heat up.
