This conversion was done a few years back and the 1979 kenworth body sits on a 1 ton dodge chassis. The running gear has approx. 60,000 mi. and is a 5. 9 turbo diesel with automatic tran with od. Both exhaust stacks function and is equipped with an exhaust brake It has 8 new michelins on rear and new avons on front. The entire braking system had work done last year from pads to booster to master cylinder and a new alternator and batteries were installed last year. All these come with receipts. It does have air conditioning but is not connected. Has air ride seats and air horns with its own compressor and tank. Fuel consumption for this rig is approx 15 mpg and two fuel tanks at 40 us gallons each will keep you within easy access to your favorite gas station. The net weight of this conversion is 6798 lbs. This does not have air brakes so a special licence is not needed. *****Some of the extras that go with this is of course the fifth wheel, ball and pintal hitch, honda generator with low low hours, sony 10 stacker CD, and of course the tokken cb radio.
