i have a 2001 industrial 12 valve I want to swap into my 90... What conversions would have to be made if I can do this? All I really read was that it’s a little more difficult but there are some suitable swaps- not much else info...

This is a very broad statement but, the base engine is the same, your biggest things are transmission adapter plate will have to be changed and if it has a gear driven air compressor you'll either have to remove it in favor of the correct for Dodge vacuum pump. And you may need a different exhaust manifold.

Be sure to check the oil pan size, industrial Cummins tend to use a deeper larger oil pan, this has been the case on the industrial 5.9L & 8.3L industrial Cummins I have operated in the past. Usually for having more engine oil for the continuous runtime they can get in an industrial setting if it was used in a stationary application such as a genset or oilfield use, one from a skidsteer or similar maybe the same as automotive.
