1990 Turn signal/headlight/windshield wiper control

Help! I'm looking for a functioning switch for my new to me 1st gen truck. The turn signals work, as do the wipers. But I cannot control the hi/low beams with the original switch as it will not click and hold the high beams on. Fortunately for oncoming traffic, I am stuck with low beams only. I CAN hold the switch back and get both high and low beams, but that sure isn't the approved method, and is really tough on the headlight switch. If someone has info on where to buy a new switch or has a fully functioning switch, please let me know. All the switches I have seen online show a switch with the hazard flasher button on the top. The 1990 hazard switch is on the opposite side of the steering column, next to the ignition switch. Thanks!

I have the same truck and the same issue. Has anyone ever put a 1991 column in a 1990? or at least replaced the parts to convert to use the newer switches?

Old thread...the 90's turn signal stalk is only a lever for the high/low beam switch, which is at the base of the column attached to a rod from the turn signal stalk.
