I bought this truck in December from Ft. Worth Texas. It had a bad transmission. I replaced it with a rebuilt Getrag from Standard Transmission out of Ft. Worth also. I replaced the clutch with an upgraded clutch, pressure plate and throwout bearing from South Bend Clutch. It also has new pilot bearing, rubber clutch fork boot, clutch fork ball and slave cylinder. New speedo gear and sending unit. I then drove it 1,420 miles back here to PA getting 24mpg and ZERO problems. The truck has ZERO rust and was in Texas all it's life. It passed PA inspection with no problems. It shows 126,000 on the speedo but from what I gather it's probably closer to 175,000. The speedo had been broke for two years from what the previous owner said. All it needs now to work is the wiring from the firewall to the unit. Previous owner said it didn't work and was hanging and got caught. Truck has custom heavy steel front and rear bumpers with a goose neck hitch in bed with no tailgate. AC blows cold but is not freezing. I was going to convert to 134. Has pretty new 3" straight exhaust. Pump has been turned up by previous owner. Interior is grey with manual windows and locks. Stereo works but needs speakers, bench seat is ripped om drivers side. It was wrecked on drivers side and has a different door. You can see the rubber trim is missing in the center. Doesn't leak oil from pan but will need valve cover gaskets replaced as the seep. The things I know it needs or will eventually are. Front suspension stuff, springs, tie rods, ball joints. Brakes eventually. Emergency brake cable for passenger side which I have and comes with it. I have receipts for everything done and warranty is good till this December on transmission. Standard Transmission said I can transfer. Only selling to fund my built transmission for my 06 but I'm not in a rush to sell it (I enjoy driving it) so don't low ball me.
