1991 W250 Accelerator/throttle Cable

Hope your weekend went well.
Does anyone know the NAPA part number for the throttle cable for a 199 W250?

I've been back 3 times now, and still can't get the correct one?
Or is it a Dodge only part?

It is obsolete from Dodge. Unless someone starts to repop them we are sol
