1992 d250 ECM

So a while back i finally got my 92 d250 started (it had a fuel leak so I replaced the whole fuel system and injectors) but it has a horrible knock, but thats besides the point. One day working on the truck I go to start it and it just turns over and over and over then smoke starts to come from the driver side fender and the ECM is smoking, I sent it off to be repaired and got a call back saying they could fix it. So I've been looking all over the place and cant find one for diesel anywhere... So long story short is there any place I can find one? or does someone have one forsale? Will there be any programing or special needs I'd need to do? Is there any way to bypass it? You know, basic stuff like that.
