1992 Headlight Key-in Seat Belt Combined Buzzer? Need part or at least part number!

Not sure if this is a discontinued part or not! I'm looking for a "Headlight Key-in Seat Belt Combined Buzzer", or at least the part number for it. "Headlight Key-in Seat Belt Combined Buzzer" is what it is called in the 1992 Service Manual D/W 150 - 350 Ramcharger.

Mine is missing in action! The plug/connector is there, but the buzzer is not. Local Dodge dealer requested the part number from the "old" part. If some one will help out, it will be appreciated.

You do not need the part . All it does is make noise. Nothing else. I am sure I have a few laying around. I have taken out dozens of them over the years. Most come to me to have them removed . I normally toss them in the trash.
