1992 Ram 250 door alignment issue

Looking for information on door alignment. Both of the doors have began to sag over the years. Tried to tighten the hinges, but the doors wouldn't align. Do I require body word or not. Vehicle has never been in accident.

Did you put in new bushings? I am sure some of the guys have worked through this before. Search for "new hinge bushings" or something along these lines. I am sure something will come up.

I ended up replacing the hinges on my 89 about 3 times over the 11 years I owned it. Yes it was a pain to do but the bushing kits just did not last as long as a new hinge. Should have never sold that truck over 500,000 miles on the clock when I did sell it but was as good as the day I bought it... ... . Would like to find another in clean no rust condition... ... ... Life was simple and good back then..... Lol.
