1993 D250 front rotor replacement

I'm working on a NICE 1993 D250 2wd Cummins powered pickup. The front brakes are ready for replacement and the rotors have some wear on them. Truck has 224,000 miles so I doubt that the rotors are the originals.
Here is my question: Does the replacement front brake rotors come with the hub and wheel studs or do you have to remove all 8 wheel studs to replace the brake rotor?
What brand of brake rotors are the best? Seems like all brake parts are made in China and their metallurgy frankly sucks. Also what brand of front brake pads are you using? I'm a Third Gen owner. Thanks, Chris

Can you just turn those rotors on the truck? I think Snap-on makes a tool for that, so maybe there is a shop around that can do it for you. I used EBC pads when I did my 2003 truck. Seemed like excellent quality and a little better braking than stock but maybe a little more dust too. I didn't care about that.

Thanks endoscott. my concern is that the rotor will be too thin and then warp causing a come-back. I looked up on youtube and the hub and lug studs need to come away from the rotor. I will sometimes, after a rotor to hub change, check the rotor on a brake lathe to make sure it is true.

I am running to maybe a problem with this truck. The Raybestos 7040R rotor and hub assembly states that it is for a 3300 pound front axel. I looked at the VIN tag and it shows 4,000 GAWR for the front axle and rear axle 5450 GAWR. Is this the right rotor/hub assembly or is there another one for the 4,000 pound front axle? I am trying to buy the rotor and hub assembly as one. I don't want to remove all the lug studs, replace the rotor and press the studs back in. I am concerned that they might not be true running doing it this way.

Doesn't the brake rotor just get knock loose from the hub and studs? Looks like the studs are in the hub and the rotors just get placed over the stud and are held on by the wheel.

As far as the kit, have you compared the OEM interchange numbers? That will tell you if it will fit.
