well its either pilot bearring going out or 1-2 sinco. What i would do is drain the oil and put ATF in the transmission, . . really makes them shift nice! If it is still unbearrible, then u need to pull the transmission and inspect pilot bearring and then sincro. If the bearring is bad and the input shaft looks useable, then use a pilot bearring for the NV 5600, ..... its double sealed.
