Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) 1994 Ram 2500 engine problem

I have a 1994 Ram 2500 with a 5. 9L Cummins and 5spd transmission. It is low on power, has white smoke and makes a popping noise. The popping and white smoke are worse when the motor is cold. What is wrong?

Check the Injectors sounds like one of them is loose
