1995 Suburban Help?

We bought ourselves a 195 GMC K2500 Suburban to replace the wife's Nissan that got repo'd. It seems to run okay but I was really expecting more from the 454. It's got 123K miles on it.

So my questions are; Is there anything I can really do to boost the horsepower from a TBI 454? I've done a basic tune-up and that helped a lot but not enough. So I'm exploring options for intake manifolds and maybe exhaust but I'm really clueless about these TBI systems and GM stuff in general. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm very open to getting the TBI reprogrammed for better performance. We don't have to smog our vehicles where we live yet.

Gail Banks makes a performance kit for various 454.

Thank you for that but I had a difficult time finding anything for that year of vehicle on Banks' website.
