Hi This is the valve which meters brake fluid pressure to the front and rear brakes.

I am looking for a rebuild kit or wear to by parts. OEM no longer carries any parts.

Or any way to modifie (bypass) this problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

What is your complaint or issue that you would suspect a problem with the valve? If your rear brakes are weak, make sure they are adjusted and or you can change out the brake cylinders for larger ones.

Hi the valve is designed to maintain front brake fluid pressure at (5-30 psi) until hold-off limit of (117 psi) is reached.
At this point, the metering valve opens completely permitting full fluid apply pressure to front disc brakes. My Valve has
a hold off limit of (62 psi). The operation is incorrect.
Brakes are adjusted correctly & cylinders have been upgraded to 3500 style.

The issue is that the valve requires a rebuild kit (2or3 o-rings and a spring) which are no longer available,
was hoping someonewould know where aftermarket parts may be sold for this valve. I can't find any.

HI, symptons, not enough fluid pressure to work rear brakes correctly. Truck has rear ABS. Checked ABS OK. Correct fluid pressure leaving master cylinder.
Not enough fluid pressure downstream of metering valve.

Symptom-- a departure from normal function or feeling
What is noticed not what you have tried testing for. First thing is to be sure the drums are round and the shoes fit correctly, then for correct adjustment
