1996 Chrysler Town and Country Question

We bought the above mentioned vehicle a few months ago and the the horn and cruise control were not working. We also didn't get the owners manual with it. I was wondering if any of you knew where the fuse related to the horn and cruise was located at?

Check under the hood, next to the battery, should be a fuse box,, pop the cover and look inside and on the underside will be diagram of the fuse layout.

It could be the clockspring behind the airbag thats bad if none of the steering wheel electronics work. Is the airbag light on?

Yeah it pops on every once in awhile. What does fixing this entail?

More than likely your clockspring is failing. Recall b-24 will take care of it if that is the case.
