Having trouble getting the clutch to disengage fully in my 96 4wd. Truck has over 250,000 on it now so I am sure it is the hydraulic clutch assembly fading out finally. Clutch and transmission are both replaced/rebuilt as of 50,000 ago.

Does TDR or any of the sources through this group offer master cylinder slave kits for my 1996? I no longer have access to shop rate on parts any more as I have hung up my wrenches and changed occupations. Best I have seen for price was around $300. 00. Hoping to support the vendors here rather than the town dodge dealer here who are outright crooks in every part of their business.

I want a factory assembly complete from master cylinder to slave pre bled. Thanks in advance for any leads. I have time, I don't drive it too much any more except in town to haul water.

Call South Bend Clutch and ask for Peter. He was ordering some complete slave/master set's to modify for the Dual Disk guys, his price will probably be pretty competitive.

I believe Justin Williams said that Enterprise Engine Performance had the best price on "just" slave cylinders though if you wanted to go that route.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll give south bend a call this coming week.

I have learned through multiple customers rigs to just cough up the money for the entire assembly, it is in need of it with the amount of city driving it has endured throughout its life, and I travel out of state alot as well. Hate to get stuck for being cheap and lazy when it comes to maintenance.

The best I have found for shop discount at a dealer is 25% of list, seems a little steep still.
