My front wheel brakes randomly would be applied. Eventually on a trip to Oregon the problem got so serious I had the went to Les Schwab in Albany OR and they replaced the calipers, front disks and bled the brakes. That worked for a while then the brakes again randoermly were applied. The front brakes would get very hot. No problems with back drum brakes. I returned to Les Schwab and they checked them out and could find no problem. When I returned home I finally took the brake master cylinder/RWAL/proportioning valve out of the truck and dissasembled it on the bench. I found that front brake circuit control valve within the proportioning valve had a component which had separated from the valve and it was floating around within the valve. I removed the piece and replaced the front circuit control valve. After bleeding the master cylinder/RWAL/Proportioning valve the brakes work without problems.
