i got a 1999 24 valve diesel run good until i get on high way when i get it up to 50 to 65 is fin but when i go past 65 it will blow out oil like all of the oil out of the breather tube i took it to 4or 5 shops and no one know what is causing it i need help

Sounds like you need a compression test. Time to find a good diesel shop. Your typical automotive repair shop will be as lost as a blind man in a corn maze when it comes to diesel engines.

Sounds like a broke piston ring. Is their any excessive smoke? Check blow-by with a water manometer. What RPM does this happen at?

no smoke drive round in town it fin no oil blow by when i get up to 65 or more it will blow all of the oil out of breather tub in just 2 to 6 min i took it to dealer and at lease 6 diesel shop and no one can find out why it doing it

It sounds like you either have a broken piston ring or a turbocharger failure. I've seen turbo's push oil or coolant out before. You need to check blow-by with a water manometer to see if you have excessive crankcase pressure. It's hard to diagnose a problem like this without being there to see it happen. What's your ESN?

A truck profile would be helpful including any mods, mileage etc. Have you tried a static testing at around 17-1800 RPM's? I would lean towards the vacuum pump however as others have noted it could be an internal issue.
Hopefully, Bob 4x4 will see your post

If a vacuum pump, you would think that it would blow oil out at anytime regardless of speed. With it being around the 65+ mph mark, you would think that a turbo, piston ring, or head gasket would be an issue. I have seen boost leaks do something similar. I'm not ruling out a vacuum pump though; I would still test it. I have also seen (in medium duty trucks), an air compressor head cause this issue. You'd be surprised what I run into on a daily basis at work!

this last week i pulled 15000 pounds 200 miles both ways pulled it at 70 to 80 miles per hour no blow by got in it this weekend and went 10 miles down the road at 60 to 70 and it lost 6 quart oil no smoke
