Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 1999 Ford F650 w/Cummins ISB& SpeedGovernor

A good friend of mine has a 1999 Ford F650 with a Cummins ISB engine that I put an Edge EZ on with the RV Adapter. But he wants to disable or remove the speed governor on it. Does anyone know how to or some info that would help me.

I would think that the RPM limit would be in the ecm flash I was told that the "flashes" are different between the 50 and 100 pin ecms? how much truth to that who knows

His is a SPEEDO limiter.
