I am starting to look for a '93 4x4. How hard is it to find seats, door panels,dash parts etc.

Seats are not hard, Dash parts are mixed. Door panels? Fugidaboutit!! The only door panels made(that I was aware of) were from Coverlay a few years ago, and their molds got broken, and they don't intend on making any more any time soon..... Salvage yard is the only source I know of, and around here, you can't find any the sun hasn't eaten up... .

Yeah, depends on parts. Plastic is hard to come by. Mechanical not that bad. Cummins is all available. Dodge specific are getting tough from the dealer but lots of yards with them.
