1st Post - Pick up new truck today

Today is the day! 1st I want to say thanks to everyone on here for the insightful information, I have been lurking for the past several months trying to make up my mind between the Megacab and the new '08 FSD. It ended up coming down to the good deal my local dealer shot me on the truck below. This is our 1st diesel and we are looking forward to many miles of happiness. It's a mexican built truck, so hopefully I got one of the good ones that will be error code free for a long time.



Is there anything I need to check the truck over for when I get it to the house tonight to make sure the dealer didn't miss in their delivery inspection??????

Roper - thank goodness I have a detail shop across the street from my office, park it there once a week and let them hand wash it, best part --- $20 for wash only or $25 to vacuum the cab also. Nice & Shiny!!! Well worth it to save me 3 hours every weekend detailing it out.

Awesome, I love my black Mega Cab. It has been the best truck I have owned so far (42K miles) no problems what so ever. Tows my 40ft toy hauler with ease. Scotty

Wow, I would be flippin' ****** if that was true of my '06. I have been averaging 17. 5 to 18 empty mixed city/hwy driving. Just broke the 20K mile mark and I could not be happier. Love this truck.....

Sorry, had a busy weekend and I don't think I got out of it long enough to get any pics. I will try to get some asap. I sure have a lot of haters - "is that thing big - long - etc enough for you?" My wife really loves the idiot guys that tell her there is no way she will be able to drive it or what was your husband thinking, how can you drive that truck. My wife's first vehicle was a truck with a hay spear in the back and carrying round bales (grew up on a cattle farm). I think she gets madder than I do, haha lovin it!!
