I guess it must be me. Ordered various CB parts that arrived the other day. Everything checked out except the 3' firestik antenna that was on the packing slip but not received. Called 1stop, answering machine says they will return call, 3 days ago, no call. 2 days ago send email inquiring about firestik, still no reply. Anybody else have these problems wit 1stop?. I would think a reply would at least be coming. I guess genos garage will have to start stocking CB parts also. At least they know customer service.

Did you make the purchase with a credit card? If so, this is what I would do.



Call the company one more time and push them for a resolution while you are on the phone. If you don't get any help, call your credit company, explain that you did not recieve all the goods you paid for and they'll pull those funds back.

Yes, credit card was used. Guess that is what I may do since I have still not had a reply from them. I wish these companies would at least talk to the customers. Initial order arrived Monday and it is now Friday.

update

Ok, it is now 2/24/06. Left more messages on recorder, sent a total of 2 contact us messages. No response. Finally filed a dispute with Discover. Maybe they will talk to them. Discover credited account for the price of the antenna. I may finally buy an antenna so I can finally finish the CB install that has been hanging for the last 10 days. I hate doing this kind of thing but I also do not think I had any other recourse since no one would talk to me.
