2-3 shifting issue

03 5.9 with ATS stage 4 48re trans, if you just drive normal their is no issues, but if you get on it from a light an accelerate past 2500rpms when you get into second an it gets ready to go third you get a pause kinda like it got caught between gears, an it revs for like a second then goes into 3rd no issues an continuing accelerating into 4th, I don't have to take my foot off the gas or anything an will only happen if I'm getting on it pretty good.

Trying to figure out if it's a solenoid or clutchs are slipping, I wanna try replacing the sensors first, which one is responsible for the up shifting?

I would call ATS. But I would do band adjustment and governor pressure sensor and solenoid. Im no transmission expert but that usually fixes a lot of shifting problems. Make sure you get the upgraded solenoid.

Did the band adjustment didn't hekp I'll try the sensors next, I'm not the original owner so no warranty from ATS

Hmmm, odd that it won't shift at full throttle.... What programmer? I've seen similar problems from bad APPS, too....
