I have not been in the - temp with this set up yet. I don't anticipate any problems though because I run a full synthetic and on cold mornings after start up one usually lets the engine idle for a couple of minutes. The pour point of the synthetic is allot lower than the dyno oils.
Both filters are AMSOIL 110's in parallel so I know my oil flow back to the turbo is clean and at pressure.
With this set up, I still have my other supply port to play with and I know that my turbo is getting the cleanest oil possible with a little cooling to keep the bearings/bushings from coking or overheating when I am making runs somewhere.
For my needs the set up works great. I get the benefit of bypass filtration and the flow I need to support the turbo.
