Has anyone installed this 2" kit from Kore Suspension? I am talking the one with new progressive rate springs and new shocks. I was wondering how it was to install, and if anyone who might have had it for a while noticed any sag in the springs? Does it still handle a load as much as stock springs? I have a 3500, any feedback on this product? Does it ride much better than stock? Does the vehicle need realigned after the install? Their advertising says it doesn't affect the geometry of the front end. I am trying to weigh between this kit and the Firestone Level-Rite shock system. ( air system)

I have the KORE Leveing Kit, installed it when my 3500 truck was new/2 weeks old. I have the progressive rate springs/Bilstein shocks - you had a choice of shocks when you purchased the kit then, they had just come out with the progressive rate springs.

The kit was a great improvment over the stock suspension. I live on a long gravel road, washboard galore, you could only travel at about 10-15 mph due to the harshness of the road. After installing the KORE Kit, I could easily travel my road at 25-30 mph, probably more speed without being beaten to death.

I took my truck into the alignment people after I installed it, no adjustments were needed, geometry remains the same. Now after 4 years of use, I have had NO sag, still the same wheel well height as the day the kit was installed,no spring sag whatsoever. The front end is as soild as it was when newly installed. The KORE springs exceed the stock springs in weight load capacity, actually they also exceed the factory hd snow plow springs as well.

I have been very pleased with the KORE Kit, I would certainly do it again, def a top notch product and does what it is advertised to do.

I did the KORE leveling kit on my 97. At that time, it was called the Pace kit, I think. Towing was still fine, but as CDonaldson mentioned, it shined on washboard/rough roads. There was no more rear end "step out". Just straight down the road. I have contemplated doing it on my 06 Mega, but $$ are tight and for the really bad roads, I have a quad now. If you can swing it, I think you'll be pleased.

What they said! Tremendous improvement in ride, no sag over time. I used to be able to go over speed bumps at 12 mph. Now if I forget and hit it at 30, no problem. I have the Chase with Fox shocks, and they are excellent.

Easy to install, no sag since install on 4/7/2008, rides better than stock, never had it aligned and the truck still drives straight as an arrow today and has no abnormal tire wear with over 25,000 miles on the install. Just watch out for your front end sitting a little higher than the rear. It bothered me enough to purchase and install the mini leaf pack from Kore... ... ... . strange... ... ... ... .

Ditto's on the above. Rides better on and offf road. I am not sure if they use the stabilizer lowering blocks on the newer trucks, but I took them off and bought the Carli end links so that I could put the DSS back on. With the blocks there was no way to utilize the DSS. I have all steel bumpers (won't say who from because they suck so bad) and a Warn 16. 5 winch and nothing has sagged.

Good stuff and very easy to install. Anyone need the stock springs and a pair of Bilstiens?

I run a KORE leveling kit. I do alot of surf fishing and some of the access roads to the beach are rough. It smoothed the ride out alot, now my fishing gear doesn't fly all over the place in the bed. As others have stated my truck sat higher in the front after the install and I didn't like the look, so I ordered up the rear spring pack kit with new shocks. All in all I'm pleased with the kit. Install was straight forward

Two thumbs up for it on a 3500. Mine is the whole kit with rear mini packs and shocks. Plus I have the Firestone air system too. Search my posts for more detail. PM if you have any questions. If you never load the truck, the bags are not necessary, but if you do, they are amazing. If you go that way also, you need the on-board air. The front suspension will improve your life in the truck however you use it!

diesel gunner, you gotta tell us about those bumpers so we know who to avoid. its your duty to protect your fellow TDR members. No pressure, but it would be helpful for us to avoid future heartburn.
