2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission 2 passenger vibration is back

After a dormant period, my 2 passenger vibration is back. It only happens sometimes when I have 2 adult passengers riding with me. An adult and kid wont make it happen. It feels like someone or something is hammering the floor underneath my/our feet. It usually only occurs when I shut the engine off. Anyone else have this problem or a fix for it? The only things that could hit the floor would be exhaust and transmission/transfer case right?
