I have a 2 piece drive shaft and after listing the vibration I was feeling I should check the drive shafts and the rear shaft does not budge forwards or back wards, but the front one moves but it is not slop in the U-joints I can pull the shaft that is between the big metal disk and the transmission out of the transmission about 1/4" with aa little force, does this sound normal? That part of the transmission where it is coming out of is covered in a oil.

There is a slip joint behind the carrier bearing, but you can't move it by hand. It is there to allow the shaft to lengthen/shorten as the rear suspension cycles.

There will be a little bit of play at the slip yoke in the transmission - you're actually flexing the rubber mount in the carrier bearing when pulling/pushing on the driveshaft. This is all normal.

The oil is the ATF weeping passed the seal in the tailhousing of the transmission. If it's just wet, I wouldn't worry about it. If it's slinging trans fluid all over the underside of the truck, then the seal should be replaced. That should take all of 15 minutes.
