Will ecu off 305/555 work on 325/600 to get mileage back? If it does, will TST off 600 still work. I know I will lose power by switching ecu but it would be worth it to regain 18+ mpg Three injectors and reflash best is still 16. Have 21000 miles on clock. Dealer ok'd if it works.

does Dodge have the MPG sorted out on the '05?

noticed you guys had 2004. 5. these were the first ECU's with multiple pre injections...

you might be better off with an 05 or 06 ecu rather than an 03?

I believe the ECUs are incompatible. Big difference in the ECO coding. The 625 has a much larger program and thus needs more RAM. Maybe the hardware is the same though.

The ECU's are VIN specific. When you install the new ECU it checks the VIN from another module (cluster, PCM) and if it does not match, the truck will not run. The stored information has to match.

The old days of module swapping are over.
