2 Wheel Drive Lo Switch on a 3rd Gen?

I know my 2nd Gen truck was capable of this (with a slight modification), but is the 3rd gen capable of this with the way they changed the 4WD system?

Nope, there's no way to disconnect in the front end anymore.

You could put in manuel hubs up front so you could run in 2-lo.

There are no unlocking hubs on these trucks.



They don't exist in the aftermarket either (yet), there's a thread a while back where there is a company (Dynatrac?) looking into making a serviceable hub for the 3rd gen.

I didn't reserch it, but just thought it would be the easyest way to get 2-lo.
